Cabbage Fritters with Greens

They can be eaten both cold and hot. Plain, with sour cream, or garlic sauce. Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients
- White Cabbage 20 oz
- Greens to taste
- Wheat Flour 4 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the cabbage (I use a food processor). You can mash it a bit by hand if necessary.
Step 2
Finely chop the greens (green onions, parsley, dill) to your taste and add them to the cabbage.
Step 3
Add the eggs, salt, and pepper. Add the flour (preferably sifted). Knead the batter.
Step 4
Using a spoon, place the batter onto a preheated skillet greased with vegetable oil, like regular fritters. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Add more oil if necessary.
