  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz

  • Puff Pastry 20 oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Herbs 0 oz
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Season the meat with salt and pepper, then roast it in the oven at 355°F for 20–30 minutes. After that, pass the cooked meat through a meat grinder.

Step 2

In a pan with vegetable oil, sauté the onion, then add the chopped cabbage, season with salt to taste, and simmer until tender.

Step 3

Mix the meat, cabbage, chopped herbs, and 30 grams of butter. Add salt if necessary.

Step 4

Roll out half of the dough, place the filling on top, cover it with the second half of the dough, and seal the edges thoroughly. If desired, decorate the pie with shapes made from the leftover dough. Brush the pie with a lightly beaten egg mixed with melted butter. Place it in an oven preheated to 365°F for 35–40 minutes.
