Description

Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Whole egg 2 pieces
- Vanilla salt 2 spoons
- Cocoa Powder 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly beat the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add softened butter and mix well. Gradually add the flour, stirring with a spoon each time. Set aside half of the dough in another container and shape it into a ball with your hands. To the other half, add cocoa powder, mix it briefly with a spoon, and also shape it into a ball.
Step 2
Place both types of dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Roll out the light dough into a sheet about 5–7 mm thick.
Step 3
Use a cookie cutter to cut out circles. Then, make an indentation on each circle without cutting all the way through (you can use the lid of a plastic bottle for this). Next, create two or four holes in the center, like in a button. Carefully lift each circle with a spatula or knife and transfer them to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Step 4
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F. Bake for about 20 minutes.
