Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 1½ cups
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 1 cup
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Vanillin ¼ g
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar and vanillin. Pour in the cold milk, mix well, and place over low heat. Cook the mixture, stirring constantly, until it reaches a sour cream consistency. Set aside to cool.
Step 2
Mix the flour with the butter. Pour in the cooled egg mixture and knead a soft, pliable dough. If the dough is too sticky, add more flour. Place in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1-1.5 cm and cut out shapes with cookie cutters.
Step 4
Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and bake until golden brown.
