  • Jam ½ cup
  • Cream 5 fl oz
  • Whole egg 6 pieces
  • Rum 0 fl oz
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Cinnamon 0 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut 12 round sweet buns in half, remove the crumb, and mix it with ½ cup of jam.

Step 2

Fill the buns with the mixture, put the halves back together, and dip them in cream mixed with egg yolks, 1 shot of rum, ½ cup of sugar, and cinnamon.

Step 3

Place on a greased baking sheet and put in the oven to dry.
