Ingredients
- Round Bun 4 pieces
- Canned Truffles 2 cans
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Cream 22% 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the mushrooms and onion.
Step 2
Sauté the mushrooms and onion in vegetable oil.
Step 3
Finely chop the chicken breast and add it to the onion and mushrooms, season with salt and add the cream. Simmer over medium heat until the cream starts to evaporate.
Step 4
Cut the tops off the buns and use a large spoon to scoop out the insides.
Step 5
Fill the buns with the chicken, onion, and mushroom filling.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven for 5 minutes at 355°F.
