- Semi-Smoked Sausage 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Carrot 1 piece
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Herbs to taste
- Sliced Processed Cheese 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Put water with buckwheat on the stove, bring to a boil, add salt, and reduce the heat.
Step 2
Cut the sausage into thin strips. Sauté the onion and carrot in olive oil. Add the sausage and sauté to the pot where the buckwheat has already cooked.
Step 3
Grate the cheese on a fine grater and add it to the soup. Mix well and add herbs.
