Ingredients
- Chicken Broth 0 qt
- Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
- Buckwheat Groats 4 tablespoons
- Fresh Mushrooms 5 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Butter 0 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves 3 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add peeled, washed, and diced potatoes to boiling meat broth and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Then add rinsed and dried buckwheat groats, cleaned, blanched, and sliced mushrooms.
Step 3
Peel, wash, and chop the onion.
Step 4
Sauté in a pan with heated butter and add to the gently boiling soup, season with salt.
Step 5
Cook until ready.
Step 6
Stir in sour cream into the finished soup.
Step 7
Pour into bowls.
Step 8
Garnish with chopped parsley.
