
Buckwheat Soup with Chicken

Ingredients
- Buckwheat Groats ½ cup
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 20 oz
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Water 1½ liters
- Beans in tomato sauce 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into pieces. Pour in 1.5 liters of water. Place on the heat. Boil for 15 minutes after it starts boiling.
Step 2
While the chicken is boiling, cut the carrot and potatoes into medium-sized cubes. Sauté the carrot. Rinse and sauté the buckwheat.
Step 3
When the chicken is cooked, add the buckwheat and carrot, and cook until semi-ready for about 10 minutes, then add the potatoes and a can of beans in tomato sauce. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are done.
