Ingredients
- Unleavened dough 30 oz
- Buckwheat Groats 10 oz
- Cottage cheese 0 lbs
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the filling. Rinse the buckwheat groats, cover with cold salted water, and cook until thick porridge.
Step 2
Add butter, mix, and let cool.
Step 3
Then add the eggs, mix well again, and combine with the mashed cottage cheese mixed with a little milk.
Step 4
From the rested dough, roll out small flatbreads, place a mound of filling in the center of each flatbread, and fold the edges of the dough upwards.
Step 5
Place the prepared pies on a greased baking sheet and put them in a preheated oven at 180–390°F.
Step 6
Bake for 20–25 minutes.
