Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Buckwheat Groats 5 oz
- Water 25 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Sugar 0 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Butter 0 oz
- Activated Baking Soda a knife tip
- Vinegar essence 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Mix the wheat flour, buckwheat flour, sugar, and salt.
Step 3
Add the egg and part of the water, mix well. Gradually pour in the remaining water and knead the dough to a consistency slightly thinner than sour cream.
Step 4
Add baking soda and vinegar to the dough, and mix again.
Step 5
Heat the frying pan well and grease it with butter.
Step 6
Pour a ladle of batter onto the hot pan and fry until the edges of the pancake are set.
Step 7
Flip the pancake and cook on the other side for about 30 seconds.
Step 8
Repeat this process with the remaining batter, greasing the pan as needed. Also, grease the finished pancakes with butter.
Step 9
Serve the finished buckwheat pancakes with smoked salmon, cottage cheese with herbs and garlic, or with honey.
