Ingredients
- Sugar 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Buckwheat Groats 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Honey 2 tablespoons
- Vanillin a pinch
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Butter 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the butter, sugar, wheat flour, and buckwheat flour thoroughly.
Step 2
Then add the eggs, honey, baking soda, and vanillin. Knead the dough. If it sticks to your hands, add a little more wheat flour (the dough should not be too firm).
Step 3
Roll the dough into balls the size of a walnut and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for about 20 minutes.
