Ingredients
- Buckwheat Groats 10 oz
- Chia Seeds 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Water 1 cup
- Nuts to taste
- Spices to taste
- Dried Turkey to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the buckwheat groats and chia seeds.
Step 2
Rinse the buckwheat groats thoroughly, ensuring there is no water left.
Step 3
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend them lightly. My blender has 4 horsepower, and I blended it for literally 5–8 seconds!
Step 4
Add seeds/nuts/dried fruits and stir the dough with a spoon.
Step 5
Pour the dough into a mold and sprinkle with seeds.
Step 6
Bake for 50–60 minutes at 355°F.
Step 7
Chia seeds can be replaced with flaxseeds, which should be ground in a coffee grinder.
