Ingredients
- Mushroom seasoning 0 qt
- Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
- Brussels Sprouts 20 oz
- Sour Cream 5 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the cleaned Brussels sprouts in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain in a colander, let the water drain, and transfer the sprouts to a soup pot with melted oil and lightly sauté.
Step 2
Pour 6-7 cups of mushroom broth (or hot water) over the sprouts, add the potatoes sliced thinly, season with salt, and simmer on low heat for 20-30 minutes.
Step 3
When serving, add sour cream to the soup.
