Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar 10 oz
- Vanilla salt 1 tablespoon
- Salt ½ spoons
- Butter 5 oz
- Red Food Coloring to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine the flour, 100 g of sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt in a food processor. Add the butter and blend until the mixture is smooth.
Step 2
Roll the dough into a log that is 20 cm long and 5 cm in diameter.
Step 3
Mix 150 g of sugar with food coloring and pour it onto a clean surface. Roll the dough log in the sugar mixture, then wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Slice the sausage into thick rounds, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and put them in a preheated oven at 345°F (347 degrees Fahrenheit) for 7-8 minutes. Allow the finished cookies to cool on a wire rack.
