Brownies with White Chocolate
Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Bittersweet Chocolate 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Sugar 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Walnuts to taste
- White Chocolate 0 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a water bath. Add the butter. Melt the butter with the chocolate until smooth, stirring constantly.
Step 2
Add the sugar, mix well, and remove from the water bath. Let the mixture cool. Gradually add the eggs one at a time, stirring until smooth.
Step 3
Sift the flour with the baking powder and salt. Gradually add it to the chocolate-egg mixture. Mix until smooth.
Step 4
Chop the chocolate and nuts and add them to the batter.
Step 5
Line a baking dish with parchment paper and grease it with vegetable oil. Pour in the batter.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 340°F for 35–40 minutes. After baking, let the cake cool and cut it into nice pieces.
