Ingredients
- Unsalted peanuts, shelled 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 10 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Breadcrumbs 0 oz
- Ground Almonds 0 oz
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Peanut Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Rinse the peanuts, dry them, and chop finely. Break 150 g of chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a hot water bath together with the butter. Whisk the eggs until fluffy with the sugar, then mix in the cooled chocolate-butter mixture.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients — peanuts, breadcrumbs, flour, almonds, and baking powder. Gradually fold this mixture into the egg-chocolate mixture.
Step 3
Pour the batter into a small greased springform pan (22 cm in diameter), smooth it out, and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Break the remaining chocolate into small pieces. Heat the cream in a small saucepan, add the chocolate, and melt it. Stir in the peanut butter. Cover the brownies with the glaze and, if desired, decorate with peanuts.
