Ingredients
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Chopped almonds 5 oz
- Lingonberry 5 oz
- Chocolate 53% 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Step 2
Remove from heat and add the butter cut into small pieces. Stir.
Step 3
Lightly beat the eggs.
Step 4
Gradually pour the chocolate into the eggs while continuously whisking.
Step 5
Add the flour.
Step 6
Add the sugar and mix until smooth.
Step 7
Chop the nuts and add them to the chocolate mixture.
Step 8
Wash and sort the lingonberries.
Step 9
Pour the berries into a bowl and mix.
Step 10
Grease the baking dish with butter and dust with flour or line with parchment paper. Pour in the chocolate mixture.
Step 11
Preheat the oven to 390°F and bake for 50 minutes. Allow to cool in the pan.
