- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Sugar 10 oz
- Vanilla extract 2 spoons
- Egg Liqueur 5 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Cocoa Powder 5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda ¼ spoons
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz

- Ocean salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate and 60 grams of butter in a saucepan over low heat. Then let it cool slightly.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs, then add the chocolate mixture while continuing to whisk. Next, add the sugar, 80 ml of liqueur, and a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix well.
Step 3
Sift the flour, 50 grams of cocoa powder, and baking soda through a sieve, then add them to the mixing bowl along with a pinch of salt, and mix everything until you achieve a smooth batter.
Step 4
Place the dough in a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 340°F for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the finished brownies from the oven and let them cool for about 20 minutes. During this time, prepare the glaze: blend 45 grams of melted butter, one teaspoon of vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, powdered sugar, 25 grams of cocoa powder, and 45 ml of liqueur until you achieve a smooth, creamy texture.
Step 6
Evenly coat the brownies with the glaze and sprinkle with coarse salt. Allow to cool completely, then cut into portion-sized squares.
