Ingredients

  • Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 2 spoons
  • Brown Sugar 4 spoons
  • Salt a pinch
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
  • Sugar Glaze 2 spoons
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Bananas 2 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Chop the chocolate and butter finely and melt them in a double boiler.

Step 2

Whisk the egg with sugar for a short time. Combine both mixtures, add salt and flour, and mix thoroughly.

Step 3

Mash the banana into a puree, then mix it with the cottage cheese, egg, and sugar until you achieve a creamy consistency.

Step 4

Line the brownie pan with parchment paper or foil. Pour half of the chocolate layer into the bottom of the pan. Spoon several teaspoons of the cheese mixture on top. Then alternate between the chocolate and cheese layers.

Step 5

Smooth the top layer with a knife to create beautiful marble swirls.

Step 6

Bake at 345°F for about 30 minutes. Check by inserting a toothpick into the brownies; if it comes out with moist crumbs, they are done. Allow the pastries to cool completely before cutting them into squares.
