- Chocolate 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Ground Coffee 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Cottage cheese 10 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate together with the butter in a water bath.
Step 2
Mix the milk, cottage cheese, one egg, and stir well.
Step 3
Add the flour, sugar, coffee, and break in two eggs into the melted chocolate, mixing everything together.
Step 4
In a greased baking dish, spread half of the chocolate batter as the first layer, then pour in the cottage cheese mixture, and finish with another layer of chocolate batter.
Step 5
Place in the oven for 20 minutes at 355°F.
