Ingredients
- Butter 10 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 1¼ cups
- Baking Powder ¾ teaspoon
- Coarse Salt ½ teaspoon
- Sugar 2 cups
- Large eggs 4 pieces
- Vanilla extract 2 teaspoons
- Mini Chocolate Chips 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease a 20x30 cm rectangular baking dish with butter.
Step 2
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chopped chocolate with the butter until smooth, stirring constantly.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix the sifted flour, baking powder, and salt.
Step 4
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla using a mixer. Then, add the chocolate mixture, followed by the flour gradually. Mix well.
Step 5
Add the chocolate chips and mix again.
Step 6
Pour the batter into the dish and bake for 30–35 minutes until done, checking with a toothpick.
Step 7
Cool in the dish for 1–2 hours and cut into squares.
