Ingredients
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Chocolate 53% 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Amaretto Liqueur 4 teaspoons
- Butter 5 oz

Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs.
Step 3
Add the butter, cut into pieces, to the chocolate.
Step 4
Slowly pour the chocolate into the eggs while constantly stirring.
Step 5
Add the sugar and mix.
Step 6
Add the flour and mix until smooth.
Step 7
Pour in the amaretto liqueur.
Step 8
Grease the baking dish with butter.
Step 9
Transfer the chocolate mixture to the baking dish.
Step 10
Sprinkle with almond flakes. Bake in the oven at 390°F for 30 minutes.
