Brownies with Almonds
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Brown Sugar 1 cup
- Butter 5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Ground Almonds 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the butter together with the chocolate in a water bath until the chocolate is completely melted.
Step 2
Lightly beat the eggs and gradually add the brown sugar.
Step 3
Combine the melted chocolate with the eggs and mix well.
Step 4
Chop the almonds into several pieces (if crushed to a crumb consistency, it won't taste as good). Mix well.
Step 5
Sift the flour and gradually add it to the chocolate mixture. Stir to combine.
Step 6
Pour the prepared mixture into a ceramic dish previously greased with butter. Preheat the oven to 320°F and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
