Brownie Tiramisu Cake
Ingredients
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Butter 5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- 10% cream 15 fl oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 15 oz
- Sugar to taste
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Nuts 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with a glass of sugar. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath. Chop the nuts finely. Mix the egg mixture with the slightly cooled chocolate mass, nuts, and flour.
Step 2
Grease a round baking pan with butter and pour the resulting mixture into it. Bake until done.
Step 3
Make the cream. For this, whip the mascarpone with sugar to taste, and in a separate bowl, whip the cream with sugar to taste until it holds firmly at the bottom of the bowl when turned upside down.
Step 4
Gently mix the cream and mascarpone together with a spoon. Dissolve the gelatin in cold water.
Step 5
When the cake layer is ready, cut it in half lengthwise. Let it cool. Heat the gelatin and mix it into the cream.
Step 6
Place one cake layer at the bottom of a round pan, then half of the cream, another cake layer, and the remaining cream. The layers can be soaked with liqueur. Leave in the refrigerator for a day. Before serving, you can sprinkle with cocoa powder.
