Ingredients

- Spanish onions 2 heads
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Dry White Wine 10 fl oz
- Campbell's Beef Broth 5 qt
- Ground Caraway 5 stems
- Croutons to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the butter and vegetable oil in a pot and sauté the sliced onions until soft.
Step 2
Add the minced garlic and cook for a minute, then add the wine, bring to a boil, and add the broth. Reduce the heat and simmer for 40 minutes.
Step 3
Add the caraway seeds and simmer for another 10 minutes. Serve with croutons and sprigs of caraway.
