- Turnips 0 oz
- Carrot 0 oz
- Cauliflower 0 oz
- Spinach 0 oz
- Green Peas 0 oz
- Parsley to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
In hot meat or chicken broth, add the vegetables — first the carrot, turnip, and asparagus, cut into sticks, cauliflower broken into small florets, and then the beans or pea pods, cut crosswise into 2-3 pieces.
Step 3
After 15-20 minutes, add the chopped spinach or lettuce leaves.
Step 4
Let the broth boil for 2-3 minutes.
