- Rice 5 oz
- Chicken Broth 5 qt
- Parsley to taste

Step 1
Rinse the rice well, place it in a pot with hot water, and bring to a boil for 3-5 minutes.
Step 2
Then drain the water, rinse the rice again, place it in a colander, and when the water drains, cook it in boiling meat or chicken broth for 20-25 minutes.
Step 3
Pour the finished broth into bowls and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
