Description
Meatballs can also be made from veal and lamb. It is recommended to separate the lamb fat from the meat and replace it with oil. Recipe for a meat broth.
Ingredients
- Chicken Broth 5 qt
- Meat 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pass the raw meat through a meat grinder two to three times, add salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons of cold water. Mix the resulting mass thoroughly, shape it into balls (meatballs), and drop them into the boiling meat or chicken broth. Then, remove the meatballs with a slotted spoon and place 8-10 pieces in each plate.
Step 2
Strain the broth and pour it over the meatballs, then sprinkle with parsley.
