Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 5 pieces
- Salmon 5 oz
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Salt 2 teaspoons
- Broccoli 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the broth from the salmon.
Step 2
Remove the fish from the pot and cut it into small pieces.
Step 3
Place the peeled, coarsely chopped potatoes into the pot. Cook for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Add the broccoli. Cook for another 15 minutes.
Step 5
Add the chopped fish and pour in the cream.
Step 6
Use an immersion blender to puree the soup.
Step 7
Bring to a boil and turn off the heat.
