  • Unsalted peanuts, shelled 5 oz
  • Dill 5 oz
  • Green Butter 0 oz
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Olives stuffed with lemon 1 tablespoon
  • Malt Vinegar 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Fenugreek 1 teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the broccoli. Let it cool, squeeze out excess liquid, and chop in a food processor.

Step 2

Shell the pistachios and chop them finely; you can crush them a bit in a mortar.

Step 3

Finely chop the herbs and garlic.

Step 4

Mix the broccoli with the herbs, add the pistachios, garlic, green cheese, olive oil, crushed fenugreek, vinegar, and pepper.

Step 5

Roll the resulting mixture into balls.
