
Broccoli and Potato Pancakes

Description
A wonderful dish for a children's menu (and not only). Any vegetables can be used for this recipe. For the broccoli, use 5–6 florets. If desired, grated cheese can be added to the batter.
Ingredients
- Broccoli 6 florets
- Potato 1 piece
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Nutmeg to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Salt to taste
- Garlic 1 clove
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with salt and spices, add the broccoli and garlic, and beat again. Since my broccoli was frozen, I briefly boiled it, then broke it into small florets. Next, add the grated potato and mix everything again.
Step 2
Fry the pancakes on both sides, place them on a paper towel to absorb excess fat. Serve with sour cream (yogurt) or milk.
