Ingredients
- Cornel Berries 5 oz
- Rice 0 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sort the cornel berries, rinse them, cover with hot water, and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Strain the broth, and pass the cornel berries through a sieve, then combine them with the broth again.
Step 3
Cook the rice separately, then combine it with the cornel berries and broth, add salt, sugar, and cook the soup until ready.
Step 4
Finally, add pepper to taste.
