
Breadsticks with Olives and Rosemary

Description
Olives are already quite salty, so you may not need to add salt — to your taste.
Ingredients
- Pizza Flour 10 oz
- Pitted olives 5 pieces
- Dried Rosemary 2 teaspoons
- Olive Oil 2 teaspoons
- Coarse Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 445°F. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
Step 2
Finely chop the olives to yield about 1 tablespoon.
Step 3
Roll out the dough into a rectangle measuring 25x30 cm. Sprinkle with olives and rosemary, and lightly press into the dough by rolling over it with a rolling pin. Cut the dough in half lengthwise and brush with olive oil. Cut crosswise into strips about 2–2.5 cm wide and let sit for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Prick the strips in several places with a fork and place them on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with coarse salt and bake until done for 10–12 minutes.
