  • Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
  • Chopped Sage Leaves 0 oz
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz
  • Semi-Smoked Sausage 5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Cheshire Cheese 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper, and baking powder.

Step 2

In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and oil until smooth.

Step 3

Add the dry ingredients and mix everything thoroughly with a spoon.

Step 4

Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry in a small amount of vegetable or olive oil until golden brown. Place on a towel to drain excess fat.

Step 5

Add the bacon, grated cheese, and chopped parsley to the batter. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 6

Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Grease a loaf or cake pan with oil and lightly dust with flour, pour the batter into the pan and bake the bread for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry from the center of the bread.
