Ingredients
- Garlic 2 heads
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- French Baguette 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix the garlic paste and olive oil.
Step 2
Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and spread the garlic paste on the inner sides. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Place both halves, cut sides up, on a baking sheet and bake in the oven until golden and crispy for 20–25 minutes.
Step 4
Cut into pieces and serve.
Step 5
Prepare the roasted garlic paste (see note).
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
