  • Cinnamon 2 pieces
  • Sugar 0 oz
  • Vanilla extract 0 fl oz
  • Raisins 0 oz
  • White bread 10 slices
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
  • Apricot Jam 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 340°F. Grease a baking dish with butter.

Step 2

Combine the milk, cinnamon, and sugar in a saucepan and heat until the sugar dissolves. Place the raisins and vanilla extract in a jar and pour the hot milk mixture over them, then let it cool.

Step 3

Spread butter and jam on the bread and sandwich two slices together. Cut diagonally into triangles and then cut again. Arrange the pieces in the baking dish with the pointed ends facing up.

Step 4

In a bowl, mix the eggs with the cooled milk. Pour the mixture over the bread and let it sit for 15 minutes. Bake for about 1 hour.
