Step 1

Dissolve the yeast in 100 ml of warm water, add 50 g of flour and knead thoroughly, then place in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Step 2

When the sponge rises, add the remaining flour and bran, knead again, let it sit in a warm place for 30-40 minutes, then place the dough in a greased pan, allow it to rise, and bake.
