Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 15 oz
  • Dry yeast 0 oz
  • Milk 3 spoons
  • Water 10 fl oz
  • Salt 2 spoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In the sifted flour, add salt, yeast, milk, warm water, and knead a soft dough that doesn’t stick to your hands.

Step 2

On a floured surface, shape four loaves, make small cross-shaped cuts on each, transfer them to a baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap, and let them rise in a warm place for 45 minutes, until the loaves have doubled in size.

Step 3

Remove the film and bake in a preheated oven at 430°F for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 375°F and bake for another 25 minutes until golden brown.
