Bran Pancakes

Description
Recipe inspired by a popular diet. If you cook the pancakes in a small skillet, this amount of batter will yield 6–7 pancakes.
Ingredients
- Bran 1½ tablespoons
- Cottage cheese 1½ tablespoons
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Non-Fat Dry Milk 2 tablespoons
- Sugar Substitute 0 oz
- Vanillin a pinch
- Baking Powder a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk the egg well with a fork or mixer.
Step 2
Add the remaining ingredients: oat bran, cottage cheese, milk, sugar substitute, baking powder, and vanillin.
Step 3
The batter for the pancakes will be liquid; there is no need to mash the cottage cheese.
Step 4
Cook the bran pancakes like regular pancakes: pour the batter into the skillet and fry on one side, then flip and fry on the other side.
Step 5
You can pour the batter into the skillet using a regular spoon (I use a measuring spoon).
