- Sugar 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Onion 0 oz
- Sauerkraut 5 oz
- Vinegar essence to taste
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Chicken Broth 15 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Potato protein to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into small pieces, salt, generously pepper, coat in starch, and fry in hot oil.
Step 2
Place the cooked meat in a pot, add sauerkraut, sugar, onion, vinegar, mix, and simmer covered for about an hour.
Step 3
Add the broth and bring to a boil. When serving, sprinkle with crushed garlic or sesame seeds.
