
Braided Buns with Sesame

Description
Add flour to your preference. The first time I made this, I added 600 grams of flour, and it ended up being crunchy, the dough was too dense, and it was difficult to knead; it didn't rise. Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients
- Sugar 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Baking Powder ½ teaspoon
- Salt 1⅕ teaspoons
- Water 5 fl oz
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Toasted Sesame to taste
- Wheat Flour 20 oz
- Dry yeast 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dissolve the yeast in warm water.
Step 2
Add sugar, egg yolk, salt, oil, and flour with baking powder, knead the dough, place it in a glass container, and refrigerate for 60–90 minutes.
Step 3
Form the risen dough into sausages and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Braid the buns, brush with beaten egg, and let them sit for 7–10 minutes.
Step 5
Brush with egg again and sprinkle with sesame seeds, then place in an oven preheated to 150–340°F for 25–30 minutes.
