Ingredients
- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
- Desiccated coconut 5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 10 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the butter, cream, and sugar over low heat. Remove from heat and add the shredded coconut. Mix everything well.
Step 2
Pour the mixture into a pan lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for one hour.
Step 3
After that, cut the candies into bar shapes and return them to a cold place, preferably overnight. If you're short on patience, you can place them in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
Step 4
Melt the chocolate: place small pieces of chocolate in a heatproof bowl and set it over a pot of boiling water.
Step 5
Take the bars and dip them in the chocolate. Then place them on parchment paper and let the chocolate set.
