Description

Ingredients
- Desiccated coconut 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Cream (40%) 5 fl oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the shredded coconut with the powdered sugar.
Step 2
Whip the cream with the softened butter.
Step 3
Combine the shredded coconut with the cream and butter, and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Form balls and place them in the refrigerator.
Step 5
Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Step 6
Skewer each ball with a toothpick and dip it in the chocolate.
Step 7
Place on a plate greased with vegetable oil and chill.
