- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Psyllium 1 teaspoon
- Vinegar essence 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Black sesame seeds 1 teaspoon
- Borodinsky Bread 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine water, yeast, psyllium, salt, vegetable oil (15 ml), and vinegar.
Step 3
Mix well.
Step 4
Add the Borodinsky bread mix.
Step 5
Knead the dough.
Step 6
Grease the baking pan with vegetable oil (5 ml).
Step 7
Place the dough in the pan.
Step 8
Sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
Step 9
Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 40 minutes.
Step 10
Bake in an oven preheated to 355°F for 1 hour.
