- White Cabbage 15 oz
- Onion 5 pieces
- Potato 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Celery stalk 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Chop the vegetables and add them to boiling water.
Step 3
You can add the following spices: coriander, bay leaf, curry, garlic, or ginger.
Step 4
After boiling for 10 minutes, add finely chopped herbs and reduce the heat.
Step 5
Cook for another 5 minutes and turn off the heat.
Step 6
Cover the pot with a lid and let the soup steep well.
