  • Lemon 0.1 pieces
  • White bread 0 oz
  • Water 25 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the blueberries, pour in water (350 grams), boil for 10–15 minutes, and then let steep on the edge of the stove for 30 minutes. After that, strain, add sugar and lemon juice, and cool.

Step 2

Cook the rice in the remaining water, then pass it through a sieve along with the liquid twice and combine it with the blueberry infusion.

Step 3

Serve with croutons made from white bread, sliced thinly and toasted in the oven. The soup should be at room temperature.
