This sherbet is very beautifully and deliciously served with <a href="/recipe/8014/">grapefruit sherbet</a>

Ingredients

  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Frozen Raspberries 15 oz
  • Cahors ½ cup

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker or container. Freeze until solid, stirring every 30 minutes.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients and let sit for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves and the blueberries thaw (or cover and leave in the refrigerator overnight).

Step 3

Pour the mixture into a blender and blend until the berries are still visible.
