Ingredients
- Sugar 0 oz
- Corn Starch 2 teaspoons
- Fresh Berries 10 oz
- Water 0 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a two-liter saucepan, mix sugar, finely ground cornstarch, and cold water. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add fresh or thawed frozen blueberries. Bring to a boil again, stirring. Reduce heat and cook for another 1 minute.
Step 2
Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Serve warm. You will have about 400 milliliters of sauce.
