- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Kefir 5 fl oz
- Vanilla Protein Powder 5 oz
- Fresh Berries to taste
- Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
- Sugar Substitute 6 pieces

Step 1
Beat the eggs with cinnamon, oats, and the sugar substitute dissolved in water.
Step 2
Add blueberries, protein powder, and the cottage cheese mixed with kefir to the mixture, and blend until smooth.
Step 3
Divide the mixture into molds and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 390°F.
